Hearst Castle

- Reservations are strongly recommended for tours of Hearst Castle. Construction began on Hearst Castle in
1919 and continued for 28 years. Hearst Castle is referred to as the "Crown Jewel of San Luis Obispo". Hearst
Castle has spectacular views overlooking the ocean and the Santa Lucia Mountains.
Pismo Beach

- From sunset walks on the beach to off-roading on the sand dunes, Pismo Beach has something for everyone.
Pismo Beach averages a perfect temperature of 72 degrees fahrenheit year round. No fishing license is required
to fish from the 1,200 foot long pier. Fishing gear rentals are available near the pier and ATV's can be rented
near the dunes.

- Cal Poly is located in San Luis Obispo. Come and stay with us while helping your child settle into their
college environment or during their orientation. The Santa Margarita KOA is also a great place to stay during a
surprise visit!
Cambria
- Cambria has spectacular views of jagged coastline and tidepools. There is plenty of parking along quaint
roads. Migrating whales can be seen along the coastline. Bring your binoculars when visiting this beautiful
city! Cambria also features a boardwalk that winds along the coastline.
